We are a Boy-Led Chartered BSA Unit, dedicated to the teaching of life skills in a values-based environment.   Troop 21 is based in the Village Community of Peoria Heights, located in the heart of Illinois alongside the beautiful Illinois River.  We hope you enjoy exploring our site and learning more about our organization and how we serve others and our community by living the BSA code of conduct, the Scout Oath and Law.
